I took this shot just before 6AM, February 1, two days before the Chinese New Year. The waning crescent moon is almost just a sliver. Tomorrow, Chinese New Year’s Eve, the moon may be too close to the sun to get a picture. Or, just like yesterday, the dawn was muted by a cloudy sky, making it impossible to get a shot. Still, one can hope.
Wishing everyone, especially the Rabbits like me, Kung Hei Fat Choi on Thursday, February 3, the start of the year of the Metal Rabbit.
